Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging along with proof of purchase. Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items. For other concerns like change of mind, only exchanges are allowed. The customer is responsible for sending the item back to our office and covering delivery charges. Exchanges will be processed after inspection.

Items on sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless found defective. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon receiving the package. We do not accept returns for personalized items, perishable goods, personal care products, or hazardous materials. Gift cards and sale items are also non-returnable.
